This is a 2 bed apartment which will sleep 6 located on the 1st floor
with its own car space in the basement garage. Access is by lift or stairs
if you wish to keep fit.
It over looks the National Park and is five minutes walk to the beach.
It
is fully air conditioned and comprises a large lounge with dining area
which leads onto the terrace which overlooks the National Park; two double
bedrooms, one of which we call the Terrace Bedroom because we can access
the terrace through the large patio doors; and a separate fully fitted
kitchen and utility.
It is part of a new complex which includes swimming pool and children's
play area (suitable for younger children). During the summer holidays
life-guards are on duty. A jogging track, tennis
courts, basket ball and five-a-side soccer areas are currently being finished.
They are close enough to be convenient and far away enough not to cause
a nuisance.

Provided
by Mitsubishi heat-pump split system units in the lounge
and two bedrooms. They are designed to provide cooling
in the summer and heating in the winter. Unlike some ac
units they are very quiet and can be left on in the bedrooms
overnight without disturbing sleep.
